Office Manager
at The Pakubuwono Development in Jakarta
Summary:
The position is for an Office/Studio Manager to organize and coordinate office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This is an excellent position for an energetic person to join a dynamic and active design group.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative and basic technical support for the office.
- Assist in developing and managing office procedures and protocols.
- Answer phones, manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain office Calendar, and other administrative duties (including note-taking, filing, copying, faxing, scanning, updating contact lists, helping to keep the office organized).
- Maintain office supply inventory and take the lead on care and maintenance of office equipment and furnishings.
- Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable and managing office vendor relationships; act as liaison with bookkeeper; handle light bookkeeping/financial tracking;
- Manage administration and operations costs;
- Manage and supervise other administrative/support staff and interns, as requested;
- Manage the flow of documents (logs, incoming, outgoing).
- Act as firm representative for external affairs, including light event planning and production.
Qualifications/Skills:
- College degree or higher.
- Relevant experience working in a creative environment and/or knowledge of design thinking.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
