Building Designer
at Supermal Karawaci in Tangerang
Qualification :
• Male/Female min.25-30 year old
• Min S1. Majoring in Architecture
• Fresh graduate are welcome (preferable min 2 years experience in Shopping Center/Consultancy Design)
• Able to use MS Office, Able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design) Programs, 3D max /3D illustrator, animasi design
• Able to work in tight deadline
• Cooperative, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation skill, Teamwork, Creative in Design.
General Job Description :
• Develop the building design.
• Visit the building site to get an idea of what the location looks like, consider the appearance of surrounding building before begin the design
• Focus on the appearance and shape of the building
• After the design is approved by the user / superior, building design create the detailed blueprints that will be used to build the structure based on the chosen design.
• Discuss with the user / superior over the building purpose, materials and budget
• Brainstorm & create a sensational building design
