SolidRock, a well known and reputable architectural design and contractor in Indonesia, is currently seeking highly motivated and creative individuals to occupy this following position:

Project Architect & Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Handle project from beginning until completion
• Prepare design materials (3d images, CAD drawings, BQ)
• Presenting design to client and make revision
• Prepare complete construction drawings
• Site supervision, make sure projects are accurate, neat, and on schedule
• Handle client’s complaints
• Report to Project Manager

Requirements:

• Have great creativity and sense of aesthetic
• Persuading skill, communication skill, customer relation skill, managing skill
• Computer literate: AutoCAD, 3dsMax + V-Ray, Photoshop, internet
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Min. hold a bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 year experience in same position
